When apparel stops being a one-off

There is a point where branded gear stops being a purchase and becomes a program. Multiple locations that all need to match. New hires every month who need to be kitted out on day one. An annual refresh that comes around whether anyone planned for it or not. Onboarding kits that go out with a laptop and a badge.

That is a different job from printing fifty shirts once, and it is work we want.

What actually makes this work

Consistency is the thing that actually breaks

At scale the failure is rarely price, it is drift. The polos ordered in March do not quite match the ones ordered in September, because somebody re-made the artwork. We keep your design on file and run it the same way every time.

On cost, the structure is worth knowing: quantity is the biggest lever, each extra design or placement adds cost, and screen printing carries a one-time setup charge per design that repeat orders of that design do not pay again. Embroidery is quoted case by case.

Consistency across sites

The reason multi-location companies end up unhappy is that the Long Island office's polos do not match the ones the second location ordered from somewhere else. Same design, same placement, same source, every time solves it.

Order sizes work in your favor

Per-piece pricing improves as quantity goes up. Consolidating what would have been four separate small orders into one larger run is usually the single biggest saving available to you, and it is worth a conversation before you order rather than after.

Tiers of gear

Bigger organizations rarely want one item. They want embroidered polos and outerwear for client-facing staff, printed tees and hoodies for everyone else, and hats and bags for events and giveaways. All off one logo, all matching.

Straight answer on scale and timing: we would rather talk through a large or recurring program with you before quoting it than promise a volume and a date on a web page. Tell us what you are planning and when you need it, and we will tell you honestly what we can commit to.

Getting a price

There is no single price, because the right garment and decoration method depend on the job. Two things are always true: the more pieces you order, the less each one costs, and each additional design or logo placement adds cost. Beyond that, pricing works differently by method — see embroidery and screen printing.

Send us what you have in mind and we will come back with real numbers. If we need anything else to quote it properly, we will ask right away.

Timing

We are flexible and can usually work around a deadline as long as you tell us about it up front. If you have a date, put it on the request and we will tell you right away whether it works.

Other groups we work with

Plenty of orders do not fit neatly in one box. See everyone we work with, or just tell us what you need and we will sort it out.

Planning something bigger?

Tell us the scope and the timeline and we will talk it through properly.
