Gear for departments and volunteers
Town departments, volunteer fire companies, ambulance corps, highway and parks crews, and civic organizations all need branded apparel, and most of it is not the formal stuff. It is the job shirt worn on a call, the hoodie in the back of the truck, the tee handed out at a department fundraiser, the polo worn to a town event.
We work with departments and organizations across Suffolk and Nassau on exactly that kind of gear.
What tends to matter here
It has to look consistent
Department apparel is identity. Everyone should look like they belong to the same outfit, which means the same logo, the same placement and the same colors every time it is ordered. Because we keep the design set up after the first run, the batch you order two years from now matches the one you ordered today.
Volunteers turn over
New members join and they need gear that matches what everyone else is wearing. Because we keep the design on file, a run of six pieces two years from now still lines up with the original.
Fundraisers and community events
A lot of what departments order is not for members at all. It is shirts for a pancake breakfast, a memorial run, a boot drive or a department anniversary. Those are one-off screen-print runs and the quantity is what drives the price.
A note on scope. We handle department apparel, job shirts, volunteer gear and event wear. If you are after gear that has to meet a formal specification, tell us what you need and we will be straight with you about whether it is something we take on.

Getting a price
There is no single price, because the right garment and decoration method depend on the job. Two things are always true: the more pieces you order, the less each one costs, and each additional design or logo placement adds cost. Beyond that, pricing works differently by method — see embroidery and screen printing.
Send us what you have in mind and we will come back with real numbers. If we need anything else to quote it properly, we will ask right away.
Timing
We are flexible and can usually work around a deadline as long as you tell us about it up front. If you have a date, put it on the request and we will tell you right away whether it works.
