A team order is really several orders

Youth leagues, travel programs, school teams, adult leagues and clubs across Suffolk and Nassau all run into the same thing: the players need one set of gear, the coaches need something a bit different, and the parents in the stands want a hoodie with the team name on it.

That last group is usually where a program makes its money back, and it is the part most teams forget to order for.

What tends to matter here

The season starts when it starts

Team gear has a hard date. Tell us the date when you first reach out and we will tell you straight away whether it is workable. We are flexible when we know early.

Sizes run from small kids to adults

A youth program needs a much wider size range than most orders. We carry it. Sizes at the outer edges run a bit more per piece, and the quote will reflect the breakdown you give us.

Next season needs the same thing

Programs reorder constantly as rosters change and new players come in. We keep the team design on file, so next season's gear matches what the returning players already have.

Fan gear is the easy part

If the team design already exists, putting it on hoodies and tees for families is a small addition and often the piece that pays for the rest. Ask about it when you order the team gear rather than after.

Getting a price

There is no single price, because the right garment and decoration method depend on the job. Two things are always true: the more pieces you order, the less each one costs, and each additional design or logo placement adds cost. Beyond that, pricing works differently by method — see embroidery and screen printing.

Timing

We are flexible and can usually work around a deadline as long as you tell us about it up front. If you have a date, put it on the request and we will tell you right away whether it works.
